23- What

24-
Why do some schools offer more salary than others do?
Just like different jobs/companies in your country, however,
In certain cases, in
certain countries in
order to
attract/lure foreign teachers, some Chinese schools have in the past given false
information and offer/promise more salary. (Just before arrival) But on arrival,
they have presented many excuses and forced re-negotiation of contract.
Regretfully this is not unusual in China. It does happen in Korea but not so
often. The offer made by Global Impact is
very real and should not be seen as a part of such company practice. 25- Could I change the location of my assignment after my arrival in? Under the strict Law/Regulation in Asia you cannot change the location of your employment from one city to another city after your arrival unless you finalise a contract with your school. If you insist on doing so, it is only possible by going back to your home country or travel to a third country and then from there make another fresh application for a new location/school which you desire. In Global Impact the possibility of internal transfer to other locations is however possible as your employee does not change.
